"Dance and ballet are very close to my heart and I understand what these dancers have to endure in order to put on a professional performance for us to enjoy. I equally enjoyed painting this scene and have done a series" Karen Carmona-Joss
Acrylic on canvas 2009
"I was so inspired by these beautiful tropical fish and their colours. Our underwater coral reefs are very unique and hopefully will continue to be preserved for the future." - Karen Joss
This image was so calming especially at sunset when the heat of the day has ended. I visited Namibia on safari with an art group in April 2012 and it was such an inspiration. I took many photos and sketches plus painting in watercolour. I will be doing many more paintings from this safari trip.
